  • Rental Terms and Conditions for Grey Pearls Suites

    These Terms and Conditions apply to the contract between Grey Pearls suites and the resident for the hire of serviced apartment accommodation.

    It is agreed as follow:

    Grey Pearls suites will provide a serviced, furnished apartment for a precise period, an agreed Price and upon the Terms of this agreement.

     

  • Residents Obligations:

a.1. Use the apartment as a private residential accommodation only.

a.2. Indicate the number of persons staying in the apartment through booking.

a.3. Children who are under the age of 3 are free of charge if they are sharing their parents’ bed. In case an extra bed is required the guests will be charged with an amount of 35$

a.4. Notify the administration for any additional staying person.

a.5. Keep the apartment at all times in good repaired conditions, in a clean and tidy state.

a.6. Do not repair, attempt to repair, carry out of the apartment or allow any third party to do so.

a.7. Notify us immediately upon causing or becoming aware of any damage to the apartment or its contents.

a.8. Do not remove any furniture, appliances or other items from the apartment.

a.9. Do not play loud music after hours, parties are strictly prohibited and the quiet time in the evening should be respected.

a.10. Do not allow any pets or animals in the apartment.

a.11. Notify us if you prefer a smoking apartment.

a.12. Do not smoke in the non-smoking apartment and common areas (hallways, stairs, emergency exits, lobby, elevators, parking); nonsmoking conditions should be respected under the penalty of 500$.

a.13. Do not behave in an abusive or threatening manner toward our staff.

 

The resident agrees to give Grey Pearls suites representatives’ permission at reasonable times to enter the apartment in order to make sure that all rules are respected. The resident will be informed before staff enters the apartment for privacy and intimate respect.

 

  • Residents Cleaning Rights

b.1. The apartment will be cleaned prior to resident’s arrival.

b.2. The apartment will be provided with refreshment and garbage removal - daily.

b.3. The apartment will be provided with a routine maintenance services and fresh bed linen to keep it in good and working conditions – once a week.

b.4. The resident can have additional cleaning services upon request (same goes to laundry services and housekeeping).

b.5. The resident must respect the cleanliness of the common areas (hallway, stairs, emergency exits, lobby, elevators, parking).

b.6. The resident must leave the apartment in perfect conditions. (prior check-out).

 

  • Arrival and Departure

Please ensure that we have an updated arrival time to plan for your check-in and are informed about any delays or changes.

  • Pick up Airport Transfer service is available.

    Arrival day:

    c.1. The apartment will be available from 15:00 (We will always try our best to accommodate earlier arrivals.)

    c.2. Our staff will be waiting for you at the reception at the agreed time of arrival.

    c.3. The client will sign a short term rental contract, also signed by the administration.

    c.4. Our staff will guide you through the usage of all the equipment (air conditioning, Internet, washing machine …) and will inform you about our services and facilitations.

     

    Security deposit:

    A security deposit to cover your obligations may be taken prior to arrival and check –in to the Apartment. This may be in the form of a payment or an authorization to deduct payment from your debit or credit card used to make the booking.

     

    Departure day:

    c.5. The client should leave the apartment before 12 pm.

    c.6. The client should return all sets of keys to the reception.

    Drop off Airport Transfer service is available.
